The room had two comfortable chairs and a coffee table. The bathroom featured Penhaligon's toiletries. I found them to be quite luxurious. The hotel also provided complimentary bottled water daily.
The television remote control was a bit complicated to use.

The breakfast was acceptable. It offered some scottish dishes.
The vegan afternoon tea was disappointing. the online menu differed from what i received. There was no savoury tart as promised. sandwich fillings were limited to cheese or cucumber. the scones tasted terrible. This reminded me of little effort was put into the vegan options.
